Tara Giunta
Tara K. Giunta, a partner in the Litigation Department at Paul Hastings, is a Vice Chair of the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice, which was nominated by the Global Investigations Review (GIR) as 2019’s “Most Impressive Investigations Practice”, a recognition it received in 2017, and one of a handful of global “elite” FCPA practice groups. Ms. Giunta was recognized by GIR in its inaugural Women in Investigations list, which recognized 100 women across the globe who are “achieving great things in a competitive and notoriously tough area of law.” Ms. Giunta also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Diversity Council and Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative. Ms. Giunta is Founder and Editor of the firm’s publication, Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women in the Boardroom.
