Diana Eggleston

 Diana is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a background in management consulting and a strong focus on implementation.

After graduating with a degree in International Business, Diana started her career with Ernst & Young in London, first in corporate strategy, then as a member of the pioneering Mobile and Digital Commerce practice. Diana ran her own advisory business for over ten years, serving clients in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

In 2019, Diana joined The Hague & Partners, where she is responsible for the sectors Impact Economy & NGOs. She leads the international program to attract foreign organizations to The Hague and help them integrate into the local ecosystem. Diana has created partnerships and initiatives with organizations like ChangeNOW in Paris, the Netherlands Embassy in Washington D.C., and MIT Solve.

She is also a board trustee of an international foundation and serves on a number of advisory boards in the areas of women’s empowerment and climate.

Diana has experience across a wide range of disciplines, including business development, project and compliance management, external relations, setting up new corporate structures and mentoring young professionals.

Diana has built and nurtured an extensive network of blue chip contacts which she has leveraged for mutual benefit throughout her career to secure work, resource projects and access subject matter expertise.

Diana has worked across Europe, the U.S. and Asia. Because of her language skills and multicultural background she has extensive experience in coordinating international teams. Diana is a highly effective communicator and solutions finder. She’s known for her work ethic, her hands-on, no-nonsense approach, and her commitment to deliver results.
