Ian LynchExecutive Director

Ian manages III's operations and staff. He coordinates the global efforts to create the International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC). His writing on corruption and other foreign policy topics has been published in The New Republic, Lawfare, Just Security, The Diplomat, esglobal, The Daily Maverick, and other outlets. From 2013-2018, Lynch helped lead girls' education projects in Afghanistan, where he experienced firsthand the devastating toll grand corruption can have on entire societies.

Pusetso MorapediAfrica Coordinator

Pusetso coordinates regional advocacy for the IACC in Africa. She previously worked for the Platform to Protect Whistleblowers in Africa (PPLAFF) as its Southern Africa Director. She is the co-founding Board Secretary of the Botswana Centre for Public Integrity, which seeks to contribute to the achievement of the Botswana Vision 2036 Pillar 4 on Governance, Peace and Security and the attainment of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16. She has worked with the UNCAC Coalition as the Sub-Saharan Africa Coordinator and spearheaded the establishment of the Southern African Anti-Corruption Network.

Carlos Eduardo VargasAmericas Coordinator

Carlos coordinates regional advocacy for the IACC across the Americas. With over a decade of experience working at the intersection of institutions, innovation, and community-driven impact, he has founded and led different organizations across Venezuela and the region. Building on his background in law and governance, Carlos previously served as a Resource Mobilization and Strategic Partnership Officer at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Venezuela. He is currently pursuing an M.S. in Computational Analysis and Public Policy at the University of Chicago.

Marjeela Basij-RasikhYouth Leaders Network Coordinator

Marjeela manages III's Youth Leaders Network (YLN). Prior to joining III, she co-led the Grants and Fund Development of Innovation Programs at Think Beyond Plastic™. Marjeela is also the founder of REESHA (Resettlement, Education, Empowerment, Sustainability, Health & Advocacy), a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to addressing the rapidly evolving needs of the most vulnerable Afghan families to help them thrive. She speaks 5 languages and loves to explore nature through traveling.

Kayla works closely with the Executive Director and the Board to support international advocacy efforts, maintain strategic partnerships, and streamline organizational workflows. She brings deep regional expertise to the role from her professional and academic residencies in Moldova, Germany, and Russia. She has extensive experience establishing youth empowerment networks, facilitating civic education workshops, and conducting legal conflict analysis. Kayla holds an M.A. in International Relations and continues to research understandings of sovereignty and the implications of international law.

Natalie BeckfordProgram Associate

Natalie holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Religion & Politics from Lafayette College. Before joining III, she worked on Capitol Hill as both a Fellow and an Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her experience spans legislative research, international affairs, communications, and nonprofit engagement, including work with federal offices, international development organizations, and education-focused initiatives in both Washington, DC and abroad.

Happiness is a Communications Fellow at III, where she supports the organization's communications and digital engagement efforts. She holds a degree in Corporate Communications and a diploma in Media and Communications, with a strong interest in public relations, advocacy, and communications for social impact.

She is passionate about using communication as a tool for awareness and change, with particular interest in transparency, accountability, and community-centered engagement. Outside of work, she enjoys creative storytelling and exploring emerging communication trends.

Victor NdambukiLegal Fellow

Victor is a Legal Fellow with Integrity Initiatives International, where he supports the development of treaty texts, legal research, and policy materials advancing the proposed International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC). He is a Kenyan lawyer who has worked in private practice and legal consulting specializing in dispute resolution litigation, legislative drafting, legal research, and policy advisory.

He contributed to research that informed Kenya's Mediation Bill and served as Legal Rapporteur to the Presidential Taskforce on Power Purchase Agreements. He is also the author of a published paper examining the principle of just compensation in compulsory acquisition of land in Kenya.
